Our goal is your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If you need to return an item, please review the policy below.
7-Day Return Window
All eligible products may be returned for a refund within 7 calendar days of the original delivery or pickup date. Returns requested after this 7-day period will not be accepted.
Eligibility for Refund
To qualify for a refund, all returned items must meet the following criteria:

Original Packaging: The fasteners must be returned in their original, unopened bulk or retail packaging. We cannot accept returns of partial boxes, opened bags, or loose product.

New, Resaleable Condition: The item must be in new, unused, and undamaged condition, exactly as it was received.

Proof of Purchase: A valid Order Number or invoice must accompany the return.
Please note: Custom-ordered, non-stock, and final sale items are not eligible for return.
Refund Issuance
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
For approved returns, your qualified refund will be issued back to your original method of payment within 10 business days of the refund approval date. The refund amount will cover the cost of the returned items; original shipping charges are non-refundable.
